Privacy policy

This page explains in plain language what data we collect from you, why, who we share it with, and how to delete it. The company responsible for processing your data (the controller) is UAB „Greitas įdarbinimas“, Vytauto Žalakevičiaus g. 18-9, LT-10111 Vilnius, Lietuva. Full legal details are on the Impressum page.
For any question about your data, write to info@jobexpert365.de.
Quick request — "leave your number"
On several pages of the site you can leave just a phone number so we can call or message you on WhatsApp. It is the simplest way to start — only minimal data is needed.
- Phone number — required.
- Name, message, desired role and city — optional.
- Citizenship — if you provide it.
Candidate questionnaire, step 1 — matching you to a job
If you decide to move forward, we ask you to fill in a more detailed questionnaire. Step 1 is used by the manager to match you to a suitable job.
- First and last name, citizenship, and the document giving the right to work in Germany (if you don’t have an EU passport)
- Gender, date of birth, languages, work experience and equipment licences
- Preferred region, length of engagement, start date, whether you need help finding housing
- Phone and e-mail
- A question about health restrictions — this is a special category of data (GDPR Art. 9). Answering is optional; if you do answer, we process it on the basis of your explicit consent, which you give with the confirmation at the end of the form — health data is named explicitly in its text
- Optionally, a full-body photo (needed by the employer to arrange work clothing)
Candidate questionnaire, step 2 — arranging employment
Step 2 only opens once a manager has approved your profile. This data is needed to formally arrange your employment.
- Identity document and the document giving the right to work
- Marital status, whether you have children, place of birth
- Home address
- An emergency contact — this is another person’s data, and we ask you to provide it only once you have already obtained that person’s consent
- Bank account number (IBAN), if you have one
- German ID number and/or health insurance, if already arranged
The legal basis we rely on
In most cases the basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the box on the form. Some steps (such as matching you to a job) are pre-contractual measures taken at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Data about health restrictions is a special category of personal data. We process it on the basis of your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 9(2)(a)): at the end of the form you confirm consent with a single action, and health data is named explicitly in its text — you can see what you are agreeing to. Answering is optional, and the answer is used only to find suitable working conditions — never to reject you.
How long we keep your data
We keep a candidate profile for no longer than 6 months. After that, the data and any uploaded files are deleted automatically, without any further request from you.
Who we share your data with
When a manager matches you to a job, part of your data is shared with the employer in Germany — a staffing agency licensed to provide personnel (German: AÜG), which formally hires you. This is necessary to place you in a job.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
The database runs on a server in the EU (Germany, Hetzner). Uploaded documents and photos are kept in object storage with servers in the EU (Cloudflare R2, EU region). Your data does not leave the EU.
Cookies
By default the site counts visits WITHOUT cookies. Statistics are collected on our own server: an anonymous hash is derived from your IP address and browser string using a daily salt that is never stored. Your address cannot be reconstructed from it, and yesterday’s visit cannot be linked to today’s. These records are kept for 180 days and deleted automatically.
If you press “Allow” in the bar at the bottom, we additionally set the je_vid cookie — a random identifier for 12 months. It serves exactly one purpose: telling “the same person came back” from “one more person arrived”. It contains no name, phone number or application data and is not shared with third parties. You can withdraw consent at any time on the “Cookie settings” page.
Strictly necessary cookies work separately: the staff session in the internal area, the token link to your application form, the record of your analytics answer (je_consent), and the je_anketa cookie, which keeps the link to your application for 12 months so you can return to it.
Your rights
At any time you can:
- request access to your data and a copy of it
- ask us to correct inaccurate data
- ask us to delete your data entirely
- ask us to restrict processing
- request your data in a structured format to transfer to another recipient
- withdraw your consent at any time — this does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — VDAI (Lithuania)
How to delete your data
Fill in the data deletion form — enter the phone number you used for the questionnaire. We will delete the profile and all uploaded files. The form gives the same response whether or not we found you in our database — so we never reveal to a third party whether a profile exists.
